Blasting is a great way to address the symptoms associated with gastritis. It is important to monitor and understand which foods cause irritation as everyone can be different with what they can tolerate. Including anti-inflammatory foods can help soothe the body. Check out this article for some great tips:

The foods listed by SIULOPEZ are also great to include!

Additionally it may be important to provide low fiber foods during a flare up where he may be experiencing diarrhea. Include foods like bananas, oats, peanut butter and coconut water.

I also had gastritis when i purchased the nutribullet.

The doctors prescribed nexium for 3 months (!!) but instead i went the old healthy and natural way. I believe i cured myself doing a 4 day juice fasting and eating at least 70% raw after that for at least a couple of weeks.

Cabbage, celery, aloe vera crystals, chia seeds, even small potatoes help. Those are the ones that you want to use more. Besides those i juiced anything i could (apples, pears, spinach, kale, wheat grass, grapes, apricots, melon, any type of berries, turmeric, ginger, etc) Avoid chocolate, coffee, anything spicy and nuts.
Did you mix those four. Prepare in the nutribulet. How many times a day did you drink it. Please my mom she is suffering from chronic gastritis and inflammation need some help, what to use or greens to mix. Thanks you. You can send your answer at my email. Tzul707@mail.com thanks you.
