Are frozen "green cubes" as good as fresh greens?
Since greens, spinach, and spring mix don't stay fresh for very long I have started making green cubes. I take a green of choice (or mix and match) and add about 1 1/2 tablespoon of water and puree it in the nutribullet. I can usually get the whole bag in the nutribullet without even going over the max fill line. I pop the mix into ice cube trays, freeze, put them into freezer bags. I only use maybe two cubes for a blast I think its equivalent to a handfull or so. I'm just not sure if its as good as fresh or not. Any words of advice?
