How can I replace bananas, avocado and mango in recipes?

What would be a possible replacement for any/all of these ingredients?  Many of the recipes call for one or more.

These are all good thickeners for NutriBlasts. Other options include cooked sweet potato, pumpkin puree, cashews, pears, rolled oats or cooked grains. Also, chia seeds absorb 9x their weight in liquid so if she includes that, the Blast will thicken over time.
