Can you NutriBlast the peels of oranges, lemons and limes?

Can you nutriblast the skins of oranges, lemons, limes, etc...?  Is there a comprehensive list someplace that lists what skins you can process, ditto for seeds (like I know not to eat apple seeds, other fruit pits but I know that watermelon seeds are loaded with excellent value). What about beet leaves, other foliage, skins, etc... Just starting out with my nutribullet.

You can, however it makes your Blast a bit bitter. I like to add just a little of the zest to reap the benefits of the oils found in the rinds. Here's a handy chart to help w/ your other Qs :)

THANK YOU, that list is exactly what I was looking for. I'm thinking that perhaps I can blast up with some water orange peels, lemon peels, ditto lime and then save them in the freezer so I can add a little zest to lots of things even if I don't have any oranges. Now I know that rinds = peels. Daizee
What a great idea! That's a new one I've not yet heard. Sounds like something I may try as well. Thanks :)
