How can I start shifting toward a vegan diet?
I'm looking to turn vegan, but my biggest problem with vegetarian diets is the taste i guess. I was wondering if someone would point me in the right directions as to where to find ways for people to turn vegan with decilious flavor rich recipies, recipes that don't just look like a huge bowl with leafs ! Something that i can start to implement in my diet and slowly start taking out the animal based products. I'd really appreciate it if someone could help me out here :)
