How much Matcha Green Tea Powder should I use for one serving?

In the Healing Foods section it says 1 serving of matcha green tea powder is equivalent to 10 cups of green tea.  Can you tell me in terms of tsp, tbsp, how much is 1 serving and does it alter the taste of the Nutriblast?

Also is there any other blood pressure reducing Nutriblasts other than the 1 in the recipe section.

It is stated that One glass of matcha is the equivalent of 10 glasses of green tea in terms of nutritional value and antioxidant content.

To make one cup of Matcha Green Tea, use about 2g (1/2 tsp) of the powder for every half to one cup of water. Here are two nice links outlining the steps.

Re: Blood pressure - do a search for "blood pressure" under the recipes tab here on NutriLiving and you will see several come up! Almost all NutriBlasts are great for reducing blood pressure since they are filled with foods high in fiber, potassium and antioxidants and void of excess sodium, sugar and highly processed, nutrient-void food-like ingredients :)
Thank you for your reply. I did purchase the Matcha Green Tea and am very anxious to see if it helps my metabolism.
Buffy, thank-you for asking this question as I wanted to make an anti-inflammatory drink & had no Green Tea. I did have Matcha, (For making Almond Milk - Green Tea Iced Cream) which I'd forgotten I had, maybe some Memory Juice is needed. Thank-you. Jolie
