What ingredients can help with nerve damage?

I have nerve damage on the left side of my face in the check area and behind the eye.  I often get horrible pain in that area so wanted to ask if there are ingredients you can suggest for a drink I can make?

Making sure you get a good balance of foods high in B Vitamins can help support healthy nerve function. Include foods like raw oats, beans, spinach, peas, broccoli, flax seeds, walnuts, avocados, spirulina and chlorella in you Blasts. cdisilva thanks for writing.

I suffered nerve damage from Guillian Barre a few years back and my recovery was greatly helped by taking omega 3 fatty acids, primrose oil, magnesium, vitamin D3, lecithin (Phosphatidylcholine)and a high quality B complex that includes all B vitamins.

Obviously talk to your doctor before changing your diet or taking any supplements.

I hope this helps
