This might be a complete coincidence, but I had developed vertigo in December. I went gluten free on 1/1 and it was gone in 8 days. I didn't go to the doctor to have it diagnosed since it only occurred when I laid down and only lasted for 5-10 seconds but I was worried and about to make an appointment. I didn't read about anything natural curing it, I just happened to give up gluten and it happened to go away.
I am not too familiar with dietary remedies for vertigo. One thing that shows up often is Ginkgo, or Ginkgo biloba. It has been used medicinally for thousands of years. Preliminary study has been conducted on the effects of ginkgo on vertigo. Additional study is needed before a conclusion can be made.
