This is a very broad question. It depends on what your health goal is...loose weight, eat healthier, detox, etc.? I'd say you should re-assess your goals and look at what results you saw from the 6-week plan. What did you like? What didn't you like? Then make any adjustments necessary. You could do the plan again or simply take some of the messages (eat more plants!) from the program and incorporate them into a healthy diet that you follow on your own - I say diet meaning "what you eat", not specifically a "weight loss diet". I suggest continuing to NutriBlast at least one time a day as a meal replacement or snack (depending on caloric needs). You may also wish to make some of your favorite recipes from the plan again. Since you are a NutriBullet expert now...you may enjoy being a bit more experimental and have fun creating new recipes on your own and sharing them with us in the forum on NutriLiving and on facebook!
