Can you recommend a blast to help build bone loss (osteoporosis)

Magnesium is stored in the bones and is important for bone strength and health. For great sources of calcium use dried herbs like celery seed, thyme and non-gmo tofu, sesame seeds or tahini.

I also read an article that says not to eat spinach, kale or collard greens raw because it blocks calcioum absoption, should I cook these first?
Cooking will help decrease the compounds that inhibit mineral absorption, also rotating your greens will help give your body exposure to different compounds in different greens.
