How can I replace leafy green vegetables with high vitamin K in my recipes?
I have blood clots in my legs and lungs. I need to lose weight. I also have stress/anxiety issues. I need a few recipes that will help with my issues that will not counter act the effects of the coumadin that I take daily. My inr had to be between 2 and 3 when I eat vit k rich veggies even in small amount my numbers fall below 2. So if you could let me know what to replace the green leafy veggies in my recipes with I would greatly appreciate it.
