Which foods offer the same benefits as avocado?

Just got my NutriBullet yesterday.... I'm so excited to start eating healthy!!! I know about all the benefits of Avocado; but my issue is that I cannot keep it down. It makes my stomach very unstable. Are there any substitute foods that offer the same benefits? Thank You.

Avocados are great sources of fiber, some protein, vitamin K, potassium, healthy fats, folate and vitamin C.

Try these in its place - some walnuts (protein and omega-3s), leafy greens (fiber, potassium, vitamin K, C, and folate), banana or beets (potassium and fiber) and some citrus for vitamin C and more fiber!

If you are looking to make your NutriBlast creamy like it is with the avocado, try adding some almond butter, almond milk, banana, cashews, or chia seeds. Happy Blasting!
