Potassium and magnesium rich foods are good to help lower blood pressure. Also, reducing high sodium (salt) foods should help. Almost any NutriBlast you make contains these nutrients, however a few to include would be banana, spinach, Swiss chard, papaya, tomato, carrots, beets, kale, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, almonds and cashews, beans and legumes.
