How often should I use a particular recipe?

I'm wondering when using the recipes in the book how often should we do them, everyday, every other day, or couple times a week? I can't seem to find anything on this question. I did read though it's not good to do the same fruits every day because our bodies won't get the full benefits. Could you please advise me on this?  Thanks Doug

You didn't find anything on this because it is totally up to you!

If you love a particular recipe, then have it multiple times a week. Keep in mind to vary it up, the more colorful the better and a variety of produce provides more phytonutrients, vitamins, and minerals :)
