How can I regain weight lost while nursing?

I am breastfeeding exclusively and I lost too much weight; now I am 2 kilos below my regular weight.  My baby is now 5 months old and my goal is to breastfeed her at least until she will be one year old. Plus I feel tired most of the time, since I also work full time and I have an older baby of 2 years old. What main ingredients would you recommend in my nutriblasts?

Some great options for more calories and nutrition are avocado, nuts (almonds, Brazil nuts, walnuts, cashews), nut butters, cold-pressed organic coconut oil, seeds (pumpkin, hemp, chia, etc.), and some calcium-rich almond milk/hemp milk/or coconut milk. It's also still important to keep these in mind!
