What types of ingredients can help with Behcet's Disease?

I was diagnosed with Behcet's Disease over a year ago.  My symptoms include continual breakouts of pustules over my face, back, and neck.  In addition I experience canker sores inside my mouth and tongue.  My body feels fatigued quite often.  I am an otherwise healthy 34 year old man.  I have been taking prednisone to suppress these symptoms but that seems to be having adverse effects as well.  I am convinced that part if not all of this condition is food based, hence my purchase of the nutribullet.  Could you provide me with the optimal ingredients I can use to combat this problem?  Any additional tips would be extremely appreciated.

Kotoole, Krista has given great advice and will add to it a little.

• Stop all intake of dairy products
• Stop the intake of refined and processed foods at least until inflammation is under control. Then limit greatly.
• Make your diet rich in colorful fruits and veggies, nuts, seeds, beans. And low glycemic grains.
• Go gluten free
• Avoid sugary and high glycemic foods and products they are highly inflammatory to the vascular system.
• Eat organic foods only (wash well) very colorful foods.
• Eliminate all trans fats and preservative laden foods from your diet.
• Increase omega 3's in your diet
• Increase extra virgin olive oil intake
• Use ginger, garlic and onions daily
• Eat foods rich in vitamin C (heals blood vessel wall cells)
• Eat foods rice in Vitamin E (heals blood vessel wall cells)

While I'm not aware of foods that will treat the underlying cause of Behcet's Disease, there are foods that might help with symptoms like inflammation, pain, boosting your immune system and increasing your energy!
