What types of recipes can help with gallstones?

I have tried to find a recipe on the forum that would help with Gall Bladder/Gall Stone problems.  Apparently I have a small 3mm stone, which has not caused me any problems.  However, I have been suffering with a few symptoms lately and have been looking for a recipe which could possibly help.

NutriNetty, that's a great question. Obviously this is a medical condition and you need to see your doctor and inform them of any changes you make.

Avoid these foods
eggs, pork, gluten, onion, fowl, milk, cheese, butter and other dairy, coffee, grapefruit, oranges, corn, beans and nuts, alcohol, saturated fats, hydrogenated oils and partially hydrogenated oils

All vegetables are great for the body these listed below will help the gall bladder particularly
Most important Drink lots of water

Use these in your blast
Avocados
Artichokes
Coconut
Ginger root
Garlic
Grapes (organic grapes only) are especially helpful
Apples
apricots
Berries
Casaba melons
Currants
Lemons
Pears
Prunes
Tumeric (organic)

I know of one dietary approach that will dissolve them. I have a friend that had many gall stones. They wanted to remove his gall bladder. He refused and started taking Braggs Raw Apple Cider Vinegar. He did 4 tbs per day. With in 3 days his pain was almost totally gone. By the end of a week he had no more pain. A month later he went for a scan and they were gone!! Does this mean it will work for you,, no but it might.

Thank you so much for your reply to my question, I really do appreciate it.
Will definitely incorporate some of the ingredients into my blasts. I am currently awaiting a replacement NutriBullet and once received I will get back to blasting again.
I found the apple cider vinegar suggestion quite interesting and have managed to order a bottle of Braggs Raw Apple Cider Vinegar over here in the UK.
How would you suggest taking it, mixing it in with a blast or another way?
Once again, thank you for your help

NutriBetty I would mix 1 tbs with a blast or mix with water, raw honey and a little ceylon cinnamon and drink.

Let me know how you progress.
