Which foods should I add for iron and B12 deficiencies?
I received my Nutribullet for Christmas and am excited to start using it. I am going to follow the 5 day cleanse. I had gastric bypass 12 years ago and lost 150lbs. I had been able to maintain my weight at 123lbs up until a year ago. I fell on ice and fractured my coccyx making it impossible to work out or continue the physical activities I once enjoyed. I have gained 30lbs in the past year and my iron and B12 levels are always low despite weekly iron infusions and monthly B12 shots. What foods should I be adding to my blasts? I am not sure my stomach will absorb but it is worth a try to get my levels up. I am hoping it also helps with losing the weight.
