Tracy, I'm glad you've joined our NutriBullet family! Iron infusions and B12 shots are usually the most direct avenue for supplementing nutritional deficiencies. However, it probably won't hurt to add in more through your diet. Unfortunately there are not many B12 filled foods that are Blastable. B12 is found in animal foods like eggs, meats, fish, etc. There are some fortified foods like nutritional yeast (Red Star), almond milk, coconut milk beverage, or certain cereals. Iron can be found in lentils, spinach (eaten with a vitamin C source increases absorption), sesame and pumpkin seeds, organic tofu, and beans.
