What should I Blast while working the night shift?

I GOT MY NUTRI BULLET AS A FATHER/BIRHDAY PRESENT ,HOWEVER I WORK NIGHT SHIFTS 7 DAYS OVER TWO WEEKS WITH 5 DAYS OF AS YOU CAN IMAGINE YOU GET HUNGERY DURING THE NIGHT SO WHAT SHOULD I USE IN MY NUTRI BULLET TO BE HEALTHY .I ALSO FIND IT HARD TO GO TO THE GYM WHEN ON NIGHTS IT HAD BEEN SUGGESTED BY ONE OF THE TRAINNERS TO COME IN DO A WORK OUT AND THEN GO TO BED BUT I STRUGGLE WITH THIS, NOW WAS ONLY TO TRY IT. I WOULD BE VERY GREAT FULL FOR YOUR ADVICE ON THIS.

If you are going to Blast during the evening when you are working I would suggest building your Blast with this healthy outline:

- half veggies
- 1/4 low glycemic index fruits like peaches, pears, apples, figs, berries, cherries, apricots or grapefruit
- 1-2 superfoods like ginger, turmeric, nuts, chia seeds, hemp seeds, spirulina, cacao or greens powder

You can use unsweetened almond milk, water or coconut water as your liquid base.

Thank you for taking the time to advice . I forgot to mention I am a new be to this type of eating and now have the new bullet a week great machine so far.
