If you are going to Blast during the evening when you are working I would suggest building your Blast with this healthy outline:
- half veggies
- 1/4 low glycemic index fruits like peaches, pears, apples, figs, berries, cherries, apricots or grapefruit
- 1-2 superfoods like ginger, turmeric, nuts, chia seeds, hemp seeds, spirulina, cacao or greens powder
You can use unsweetened almond milk, water or coconut water as your liquid base.
