What is the ideal grocery list for someone just starting out?

Has anyone come up with the perfect staples grocery list yet for someone who is just starting out?

I would say that is a tough one because everyone has different tastes and needs. My list consist of: - some type of greens - kale, spinach, chard, or a combo - an herb - usually parsley or basil - two or three fruits - I like bananas, blueberries, and pineapple. I buy the Blueberry and pineapple frozen - two or three veggies - Sweet potato, carrots, avocado - some type if seed or nuts - I use either chia, hemp, almond, or cashews Then you mix and match for the week. I like to put 2 veggie and 2 fruit in addition to my greens and herb. I always use water and lemon juice, but you can use almond milk and coconut water as well. Hope that helps.
Starting out too. I like spinach, and blueberries fresh. Then question this can get rather expensive. As a cleanse to get healthy . Not overweight just want to have more energy and healthier. Can I use yogurt?
