Do you have any food storage suggestions?

Need Storage HELP! Hi my name is Michael I am very new to NB. I am using the NBrx. I see the list you have put for prep. It is great you added that!!  May I ask, can we get the same list on storage? Maybe even add suggestions on possible close substitutes if the one ingredient is only seasonal? This is very important to me. Example: Swiss Chard (many more). I know/knew nothing about it. So I bought some, labeled my bpa free plastic storage container the day I got it. I washed it and put it in the fridge. I just read on Whole Foods website not to wash it until use, and store it with a plastic bag (dry). Hmmmm. Please bare with me :-) I'm not in very good health. 100% disabled Vet trying to get back what I can of my health. I try to make my daily living food prep as easy as possible. This is my goal for NBrx. I put all my veggies and stuff in its separate bpa container. Bought at Kroger/Walmart etc. So when it's time to blast, little actual time is spent preparing the blast. I now realize I may have to alter this routine. I am willing. I try and do all my prep at once, the time I get home from buying the ingredients. I am asking you all to please help me and other people on here, to help in storage without having to go out and buy expensive equipment. I mean if I have to do that, I will budget it. Like the prep list, I'm hoping for an extensive list on storage, and maybe how long?

Hi Krista, Frozen veggies andHi Krista, Frozen veggies and fruit. I have trip-berrie organic frozen package. It's great, cause I should be able to keep it longer. I read you can get frozen spinach? May I ask Krista, for the general green fresh veggies, would you be able to name a few that I can buy frozen and keep in the freezer and use as needed? Or at least, as long as it is supposed to last? Thank you so much...Michael

We've used frozen peas at times as well, however keep this one minimal because it tends to overpower the flavor of the Blast.
I prep ahead my serving portions of veggies and fruits into freezer bags and freeze them so there all ready to just throw into the blender and makes a nice cold smoothie. You can reuse the baggies!
