What recipes help with diverticulitis?

What are the best recipes to prevent flare ups? Prefer not to have surgery and hope that the NutriBullet will help keep that option at bay.

i find that powdered outmeal which you blast in the blender and about a tablespoon or maybe 1/2 tablespoon of
chia seeds does the trick for me in a small cup, or in a large cup a tablespoon of chia seeds powdered and 3 table
spoon of oatmeal(quaker quick can be constipating but with some chia seeds it seems pretty good). I do nit with stawberries and bananasand whatever green leaf vegtable I have around, plus powded seeds and nuts. You get
a lot of vitamins with all that.
