Which recipes are good for adding extra protein to my diet?

I have recently had weight loss surgery and I need to eat 60 to 80 grams of protein a day, do you have recipes for added protein, cottage cheese, yogurt, etc. to help get to 20 to 30 gram of protein in the AM, and snack drink in the afternoon. I'm adding flax seed to all my drinks, and protein powder, and idea for me.
