Any suggestions for managing anxiety?

Possibly try some of our stress-reducing recipes and suggestions. It will depend on severity and cause of course, however some of these foods have been shown to help relax the muscles and calm the mind. https://www.nutriliving.com/topics/stress

If you're into it, try meditation. I know there's research on yoga and meditation for helping calm anxiety.

It has been known to lower blood pressure after the first use and is definitely calming and relaxing.
