Which type of protein powder is best?
I am so confused about the type of protein powder to add to my drinks. I have heard good and bad about soy and whey and then of course even the egg white protein. I have also recently tried to eat Gluten Free even though I am not actually diagnosed as Celiac (just trying to eat healthier) and am not clear if whey protein contains Gluten. Can you help me sort this out please?
