Is it ok to use powdered garlic and ginger in place of fresh?

I am new to NurtiLiving having just purchased the Rx. My question is, if I don't happen to have fresh ginger or garlic, is it ok to use a powder source?

Absolutely! Just remember that when it's in dried form you can reduce the amount since it is more compact.
