As you get more comfortable with the recipes and what you like, feel free to experiment and try new things. You can change recipes, add in new foods and try new superfoods. Monitor how you feel and you may find that a recipe you make gives you even more energy that the Energy Elixir.
As long as you are using fruits and veggies, you are good to go. As a healthy rule of thumb, aim to have half your Blast filled with veggies! Have fun!!
