Dietitian's Answer

If you have cellulitis, you need to take antibiotics. Alternative therapies have not been well researched, but in addition to antibiotics, have been shown to help reduce symptoms and reduce risk of occurrence.
Foods rich in vitamin C, vitamin E, zinc, and probiotics help boost the immune system. Try red bell pepper, strawberries, citrus, broccoli, nuts, and seeds in your Blast.
