Is there something I can make for plantar fasciitis?

I have a lot of inflammation and foot pain. I have several anti-inflammatory ingredients, I would like to know can I use flax seed in place of maca?

lax and maca have different benefits so they are not a direct substitution even though they look similar when ground up. It depends on what type of boost you are looking for. Maca provides energy and increased libido and flax is good for omega-3s and added fiber. Here's more info for each to help you decide what is best for you.
