You never answer my question, i am a truck driver, i bought a nurit bullet. Give me a quit recipe
When I am on the go I carry bananas, chia (or some other seeds), greens powder such as green vibrance (I'm sure there are some that the nutria-bullet people would recommend), and boxes of almond or other nut milk which don't need refrigeration...if you have access to your nutribullet on the road that's great, otherwise you will need to blend before you go and keep your smoothie in a cooler bag. I also like to add cinnamon and sometimes vanilla extract to my smoothies too. Good luck!
