Do you have recipes for bone & nerve pain & joint pain?

I'm 56 & my bones are disintegrating, literally. I've had two (2) joints replaced & surgery on a third (3rd). I take pain meds. & hate it. I just received my Nutribulit & am trying to get the 'strange' ingredients called for. I want to get off Pain Drugs because I feel better. Please help!

I too am 56 years old and have low bone density. I've had joint pain for years in the hips and knees and dislike taking painkillers or over the counter meds. Five months ago I picked up a brochure in our local health food market about Curamin and one of it's benefits was for joint pain. So I bought a 2 week supply of the capsules and started taking 2 a day, and within 4 days I was not feeling the joint pain like before? So I have been taking Curamin daily. Drinking smoothies with frozen strawberries, blueberries, blackberries and cherries. Then about 7 weeks ago I got caught up in a bathroom rug, fell across an iron bath tub and broke 3 ribs. I was sent home to heal with painkillers to help me breath. I know the painkillers served a purpose at the time and knew I would have to go off of them- which I did by week 2. I went back to taking the curamin and needed something to take naturally to speed up healing the broken ribs knowing that my age and low bone density was fighting against me on this one. Read that wheatgrass and sesame are good for healing broken bones. I ordered some powdered wheatgrass and started putting a packet in with the frozen strawberries, blueberries, blackberries and cherries. I was not getting my hopes up at this point but started to gradually move better, sleep more than 2 hours at a time, could feel something going on with the ribs?! I like wheatgrass so much I grow my own and put it in my smoothie every day. Oh, on week 3 of using the wheatgrass my x-ray showed that 2 of the 3 ribs have completely healed. Not bad for someone with low bone density.
