How many servings are in each recipe?

The number of servings is up to you. Our recipes are designed for one 24oz cup serving unless otherwise noted. Most people drink one in place of a meal, however feel free to adjust according to your caloric needs, hunger, and the density of the Blast recipe. If you can't finish a whole cup, either cut the recipe in half or seal it tight and store it in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
