Is a growling stomach to be expected on the first day of juicing?

I've had a kale cucumber and carrot for breakfast and the tomato basil soup for lunch. Added the boost packets to both. Now my stomach is really growling!

No necessarily! You may need to make your Blasts more substantial. Try adding some protein and healthy fats. A plant-based protein powder, some hemp or chia seeds, nuts, seeds, nutbutters, and avocado are great ways to make a Blast more of a complete, satisfying meal.
