What foods can I add to increase my calcium intake?

I have been diagnosed with osteopenia and am looking for calcium-rich ingredients to add to a Blast.

Here's a great article that talks about bone health:
Some dairy-free, calcium-rich options include fortified almond, coconut, or organic soy milk. Leafy green veggies and broccoli as well as some white beans, organic tofu, sesame seeds (or tahini), and blackstrap molasses are good calcium sources.
