What foods are good to help stop smoking?

NutriBlasting with lots of leafy greens, asparagus, cayenne, broccoli, red bell pepper, goji berries, strawberries, blueberries, sunflower seeds, rice bran and the herbs below should help. Vitamin C and other antioxidants are particular important for those that smoke or have smoked. All veggies and fruits are protective.
Tips
1. exercise is beneficial because it gets the lungs working deeper
2. Sweat out the toxins, exercise and sauna
3. lots of water, stay hydrated

5. green tea (3 to 4 cups daily)

9. nettle
10. fenugreek
11. Irish moss
12. eucalyptus
13. licorice root
14. goldenseal
15. peppermint
