Magnesium-rich foods help with blood circulation. Check out some other benefits and foods that contain this mineral here:
Warming spices like cayenne pepper, ginger, cinnamon, turmeric, and garlic have been shown to improve blood flow. Other good options are citrus fruits due to their vitamin C, nuts and seeds due to their Vitamin E.
