Minnie, my first thought is that it'd be good to get some variety. The same smoothie for four years may contains some amazing ingredients that are nutritious, however your body craves variety and the more variety you have, the more nutrients you are feeding your body.
Now I cannot say whether or not this particular combination is good for you personally. Each person is unique and what may be good for one person may not be for another. I'd need to know your health history and some of the other foods you eat in addition to this smoothie.
In general, the ingredients look good, however I urge you to switch it up a bit and add in some greens!!
