Each recipe is for one 24oz cup unless otherwise noted. Most people drink a full cup in place of a meal, however feel free to cut the recipe in half or store the other half in the fridge to drink at a later time (they stay good for up to 24 hours depending on ingredients used.) Serving size and number of servings per day depend on your personal nutritional needs.
