What woud you recommend for emphysema?

Avoid gas-producing foods, such as cabbage, beans, cauliflower, broccoli, etc, to prevent the stomach from pushing on the diaphragm. And avoid carbonated beverages.
Choose more calorically-dense recipes if weight loss is an issue.
Small, frequent meals may be easier to tolerate.
If a smoker, vitamin-C rich foods like strawberries, broccoli, citrus and red bell peppers.
