What can I drink for energy in the morning and in the afternoon?

I am a 56 year old black female that lack a lot of energy in the morning and in the afternoon.

If lacking energy there are a few things to consider.
1) Obvious - are you getting enough quality sleep
2) What are you eating - are these energy drainers or nutrient-poor foods
3) Are you stressed

For your Blast, I'd suggest adding in more leafy greens and some fiber, protein and healthy fats to help slow the release of carbs into your blood for sustained energy throughout the day - think rolled oats, avocado, nuts, seeds, a plant-based protein powder or coconut oil.

*if you don't have the energy boost no worries - it'll still provide some great fatigue-fighting benefits.
