I am 3 weeks into blasting and am gaining weight instead of losing! What could I be doing wrong?
I have started exercising and drink 2 blasts a day comprised of 2cups greens, 1 cup frozen fruit, 2 tablespoons low fat yogurt, 2 tablespoons chia seeds, 1 tsp turmeric, small handful of almonds, 1 cup unsweet almond milk and the rest ice water to max line. I don't understand why I am gaining weight. I eat a dinner of a piece of meat like chicken or steak with veggies or a salad. my snacks are a piece of fruit, a protein bar and raw veggies. Could it be my metabolism is too slow?
