I am pre-diabedic can I use all recipes?

You will want to be mindful of those that cause your blood sugar to spike. I'd stick with the lower sugar fruits and include more protein, healthy fats, and fiber-rich veggies to slow the absorption of sugar into the blood stream. I'd monitor your blood sugar to know how they will affect you.
