If you haven't already, I'd suggest taking the health assessment:

You can also search for your topics of concern.
Here are a few tips to get you started:

Possibly try some of our stress-reducing recipes and suggestions. It will depend on severity and cause of course, however some of these foods have been shown to help relax the muscles and calm the mind. https://www.nutriliving.com/topics/stress

If you're into it, try meditation. I know there's research on yoga and meditation for helping calm anxiety.
For reducing stress Autogenic Training has shown amazing and immediate results. My favorite is "Basic Schultz" by Dr.Norm Shealy. It is an 18 minute recording that will even lower blood pressure the first time you use it. Download the MP3 here for under $15.00:

For more energy and feeling alive immerse yourself in living water like nature made it. Check out Water Structuring units here:

Your body uses a tremendous amount of energy hydrating (if you even drink enough -- which most people do not). The reason is that water has clumps of 5,000 - 20,000 water molecules. The cells of your body can only absorb a single molecule at a time. Simply passing water through a Structuring unit breaks these down into clumps of 5 to 20 molecules and you have all that left-over energy to use.
Energized, vital Structured Water has transformed my life and health.
