Can I make matcha by milling green tea leaves with the milling blade?

If I remove the contents of caffeine free green tea bags and mill them with the milling attachment of my nutribullet, does this give me matcha. I thought matcha was just powdered green tea leaves.

Matcha is actually processed differently so that it is dissolvable. There are some products that contains both matcha and green tea leaves (like this one: http://www.republicoftea.com/organic-double-green-matcha-tea/p/V00643/) however when buying green tea leaves (loose or in a bag) and milling it to a powder, it is not the same thing as the matcha green tea powder we see sold as a superfood powder.
