For each serving, add 2 Tbsp of that color into your NutriBlast. We give examples of foods for each color in the book!
Example...two servings of red and yellow would mean 4 Tbsp of cherries and 4 Tbsp of pineapple. The servings in our quiz are not the same as the USDA servings. Those are about 1/2 cup per serving. In a day shoot for 7-9 servings of fruits and veggies...more veggies of course :)
