What can I put in my Blast for fibromyalgia?

I have been diagnosed with fibramylgia. Is it best to put ginger and turmuric in all my drinks? How many drinks should I have in a day?

It would be great to add ginger and turmeric to your Blasts, but you do not have to add them to all your Blast. You want to make sure you get variety in your Blast ingredients.
