Am I loosing nutritional value by milling chia, flax, pumpkin, sunflower, kaniwa & almonds together?

Then I can just add 1 Tbsp of the mix to my Blast.

After milling just be sure to store the leftovers in the fridge or freezer sealed tightly in a jar. Heat, light and air can degrade nutrients and turn the fats rancid.
I would think u would have to add more than 1 tbsp from the milled ingredients in order to get the full benefits from each i.e. The correct serving size of each.
