This will depend on what colors you scored highest. For example, if you got mostly reds, then you'd want to add in our Superfood SuperReds. Green would be our SuperGreens blend. If we don't have one for your color - example Yellow, then you'd want to look for a superfood that helps with inflammation, since that is what yellow foods mostly benefit. In this case, I'd choose turmeric for it's anti-inflammatory benefits.
