What can I do so my drinks are not so bitter?

Try adding in some lemon juice or apple...these often reduce bitterness. You can also add in some sweeter fruits like banana, mango, dates or sweet cherries. I also like to use cinnamon for some no-sugar sweetness. Maybe try a green that isn't so bitter - spinach and Swiss chard are lighter in bitterness.
